Bangkok City Baptist Church was planted in August 2022. BCBC is a small church, in a massive city, with a big vision. We are an English-speaking church committed to the proper proclamation of the Gospel in Bangkok, and are devoted to evangelism, discipleship and the health of churches and Christians across the Kingdom of Thailand.
As a church we have felt burdened by the severe lack of Biblical, trusted, and timely resources in the Thai language. We have seen, firsthand, the need for theological materials that will enable Thai people to hear the gospel, grow in their faith, and to equip others. So, we began to pray about starting a publishing and training ministry that would help, in some way, to address this huge need.
In response to this burden, Saphan Siam was established in April 2023. Saphan Siam is a ministry of BCBC. The vision of Saphan Siam is to be a bridge between the Thai church and Biblical, trusted, and timely resources.
At the heart of Saphan Siam is a desire to get into the hands of Thai Christians content that will help them grow in their love of the church and the Gospel. We pray that through the provision and distribution of Biblical resources we will also be a bulwark against heresy and false teaching taking root in the Thai church.
Saphan Siam is committed to the translation of books, articles, and podcasts as well as the publishing of original local content, hosting an annual Bible conference, and providing training opportunities all focused on the dissemination of key Biblical ideas.
Through all our efforts we endeavor to spread a knowledge of God and that His glory will be known among the people of Thailand.
